These terms govern use of this marketing site. Commercial use of SPAN, the product, is governed by the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum signed at contract time. Those terms supersede anything on this page for pilot and production customers.

What we promise

The site is provided as-is. Content is accurate to our knowledge as of the "last updated" date in the footer. Numbers cited from third-party benchmarks are industry estimates, not commitments.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site to the point of degradation. Don't submit the qualifying form with intentionally false information to waste our time. Don't use SPAN's name or logo to imply endorsement without permission.

Trademarks

Fieldspan and SPAN are trademarks of Fieldspan. Other product names mentioned (Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom) belong to their respective owners and are used for illustrative comparison only.

Governing law

Disputes are governed by the laws applicable to Fieldspan's principal place of business. Product-level disputes fall under the MSA's chosen-law clause.
